Patricia Bonal lives and paints today in the Var, after a course which led her during several years in the Southern Pacific and in West Africa. Painting continued gradually like a means of expression of the emotions accumulated during all these years of travelling,in contact with populations and nature. Nowadays it became required. The technique grew rich by the multiple meetings. Oil and the fabric avoided matters, papers, mineral pigments and vegetable naturels. This very personal advance was necessary to give character to its work. The strong color, lives, hot which the light returns, the suggested topics seek to create an atmosphere.
